UUBD Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

01 Introduction

Welcome to uubd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and uubd ("uubd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at uubd.asia.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the uubd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the uubd platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on uubd.asia, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, fishing games, crash games, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available to players.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a uubd account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. uubd does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a uubd employee or business partner.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the uubd platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one uubd account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

uubd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point we deem necessary, we may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. uubd processes KYC documents within 24–48 hours of submission.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

uubd supports BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. uubd does not currently support foreign currency transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳100
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and verification status — contact support for details
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically under 10 minutes for verified accounts; up to 24 hours during peak periods
• uubd Withdrawal Fees: None — uubd does not charge fees on withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. uubd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, it will be returned and the associated uubd account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the uubd compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect our players.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

uubd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute less than slots. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your uubd account at any given time.

uubd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games on the uubd platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel within the uubd lobby.

By placing a bet on uubd, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are not influenced by uubd or any third party.
• All bets are final once confirmed. uubd cannot reverse a bet that has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake will be returned to your account balance.
• uubd reserves the right to void bets placed on games that were affected by a software error or data feed failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one uubd account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any software, script, or tool to automate gameplay or gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the uubd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for deposits made to uubd. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through legal channels if necessary.
• Fraudulent Identity: Registering with false personal information or using another person's identity or payment method.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uubd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. uubd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

• Do not share your uubd password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• uubd staff will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Use a unique, strong password for your uubd account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your uubd account when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your uubd account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. uubd will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account to prevent further unauthorised access.

uubd is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, provided that uubd's own systems have not been compromised.

09 Privacy & Data

uubd collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on uubd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

uubd uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC)
• Processing deposits and withdrawals
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Sending account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional offers

uubd does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law. All data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

uubd is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond uubd's control
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete KYC verification

Nothing in these Terms limits uubd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to Terms

uubd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the uubd platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the uubd platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
